All food is fresh and locally sourced so the ideal assistant manager would have a passion for food with restaurant experience, as well as having a good knowledge of wine, beer and other beverages. The ideal assistant manger will have had some basic management experience and want to progress their career. You must have excellent customer service skills an essential part of the role for the assistant manager`s position, as well as being able to manage AND work within a team. The salary is £16k dep on experience plus tips of approx 2k. Transport would be an advantage due to the location.
