Our Client in the Cheshire area has a rare opportunity for a driven ambitious Chef de Partie to work within a rosetted hotel and Spa. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for maintaining and driving consistently high standards of produce. You will be fully responsible for day to day managing of every section within the kitchen. The Ideal Chef De Partie will have experience in a similarly high-quality operation, or have at least one years’ experience working within a fresh food establishment. You will possess a passion and knowledge for fresh food, be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of fresh food prep showing loyalty and longevity throughout your career.
