For every candidate that spends their time being interviewed by us we will be committed to finding you the right position. We will not push you in to a roll we do not think you will excel or develop within. It is in our interest to work with all our candidates and to get you the long-term position with the right salary you require. We will not put you in positions for "stop gaps" as this will not be beneficial to our clients. Perfect recruitment will always encourage you to working trials where possible and we will be upfront and honest about the position telling you the good the bad and the ugly.
For candidates who are just looking for relief work Perfect recruitment will give you full details in writing before you start and assignment. There will be no confusion about pay hours or accommodation, as this will be confirmed before you set off for your assignment. On all assignments we will ask all our candidates to contact them before they leave, to introduce themselves and confirm all our information.
