Every position we take we will take a full detailed job description and where possible visit the establishment to be able to fully sell the location to the candidates. Potential people will be searched from our database or recruited specially depending on the skills needed. The correct skill matching candidates will then be presented in a professional manner, their CV's discussed with the hiring manager and the interviewer. Any questions can then be answered before interviews are arranged. We will discuss the candidate's strengths and weakness areas and where they can be developed. Where possible we will encourage a working trial so both client and candidate can see the establishment and see if they feel they will fit. All permanent candidates will be reference checked before we put them forward to our candidates.
For our relief business we will only hire catering staff that have a proven track record within the catering industry. All our team will be fully interviewed and eligibility checked. Our relief team will be given the hours, pay rate and directions to the client in writing to combat any misunderstandings. Where arranged accommodation will be provided by our clients. Our team members will ring the client before they arrive to go over all requirements and by way of an initial introduction. This will be our standard practice.
