An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef within a modern restaurant with a contemporary and stylish fresh food restaurant. With an emphasis on fresh, vibrant dishes and quality, local produce, this role should appeal to Head Chef with a real passion for cooking and a flair for creativity. Previous successful Head Chef experience is essential. You will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and food hygiene, managing GP, P&L and all other forecasting and stock management. We are looking for a Head Chef who can lead the team through a hands-on approach as this position will require you working within the kitchen 90% of the time - being on the front line and leading the pass is a must.
