Deputy Catering Manager is required for an outstanding school in the Bury area. This position is integral to the smooth operation of the catering facility and the successful candidate must share the school’s vision to provide excellent quality and value to our customers. The successful catering manager will assist in the management and control of the provision and delivery of catering services. You will have experience in the achievement of financial targets and ensure that correct monitoring procedures are met complying with agreed cash controls and banking procedure. You will cook and prepare meals as per menu and support the manager to enable supervisors and staff to be trained to produce meals to the same high standard. To assist the manager in the inputting of data onto computer aided information management systems. Hours of work are 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only, plus 2 days in the holidays, worked in accordance with service requirements. YOU MUST HAVE A DBS.
