<p>&lt;p&gt;Our client is a hotel and pub company with establishments across the UK and they have a unique opportunity for their new Call Centre - &lt;b&gt;Supervisor&lt;/b&gt; to work within their call centre in Chorley, Lancashire. The successful candidate will have previous work experience in a Call Centre Environment preferably; however, this is not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of working within customer service roles for a minimum of 1 year. Good IT knowledge and experience of using IT systems, Excellent communication skills are essential with a friendly, professional telephone manner.&lt;/p&gt;<br />
&lt;p&gt;In line with the requirements of the “Asylum and Immigration Act 1996” all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom. As part of the interview process you will be asked to provide the relevant documentation to support your eligibility to work in the UK.&lt;/p&gt;</p>
