Chef de Partie -£18,000K -£20,000K must have fresh food experience in a quality kitchen with at least 1 years experience at a Chef de Partie level. Hotel experience would be an advantage.
Pastry Chef - £25,000-£27,000
Must have a strong Pastry lead experience, proven track record as an experienced Pastry Chef . Experience of working in Rosette Kitchens would be beneficial as the successful Pastry Chef will have knowledge across the whole pastry section in all areas from breads, afternoon tea and baking to the main/tasting menus.
Assistant Restaurant Manager - £19,000 - £21,000
An individual who is adaptable to the seasonal demands of the business and has a happy can-do attitude, leading by example with reliability, strength, discipline and a solid work ethic to recruit, supervise, train and motivate other team members. The successful candidate will have a fun loving nature that will encourage a positive working environment.
