We are seeking a creative and hardworking individual for the role of Chef de Partie/Junior Sous chef for a busy stylish contemporary hotel on the outskirts of Preston. The successful candidate will be required to lead their section within an extensive kitchen, working with the finest seasonal ingredients to prepare, cook & present all meals to the correct company standard. We require a Chef de Partie/Junior Sous chef with longevity of service along with a good background in fresh produce and banqueting. Working in a large team there is plenty of opportunities for progression.
